I have a plan of visiting St. Petersburg on November. Can someone tell me about the most special food in St. Petersburg? Thanks!

I think, it would be silly to write about blini or borsch in St.Petersburg, so it is for all Russia.

The Russian cuisine and culinary delights are extremely different & most nourishing from the international food. Due to its diversity and different recipes. Some of the most famous and top-ten renowned Russian recipes are given below.

Borsch.
Solyanka.
Pelmeni.
Golubtsi.
Blini (pancakes).
Oladyi.
Plov.
Vareniki.
Meat "a la Peter".
Kholodets.
