Sometimes you can buy it, but better just make it yourself.

The most popular way is with a rectangle fire pit notched to hold flat-sided skewers.

1. Put some pork pieces with fat, and vegetables on skewers.
2. Make a barbecue with pieces of wood, Fir and pine are fine.
3. Put spicy salt water on the meat when the flames get too close.
   Water salt, dill, and ???
  Most take a two-liter soda bottle and fill it with water, salt and any other spices you want.
Smells good and tastes good!
